2. What types of meal plans are available?

➤ We offer three types of subscription plans:
● Corporate Subscription: Regular Meal, Premium Meal.
● Student Subscription: Premium Tiffin.
● Purevoj Subscription: Lifestyle Items.

3. How can I place an order?

➤ You can place your order by calling us directly or messaging us on WhatsApp.

4. How is the food prepared?

➤ All meals are freshly cooked with high-quality ingredients, maintaining hygiene and home-style taste.

5. Is Priovoj only a subscription-based service?

➤ No, we offer both monthly subscription plans and one-time orders, subject to terms and conditions.

6. What areas do you deliver to?

➤ We currently deliver to selected office locations and schools. Please contact us to check if your area is covered.

7. What are the payment options?

➤ Payments can be made via cash on delivery or Bkash, Nagad, Rocket.

8. What are the payment terms for subscription plans?

➤ Delivery Charge (150 BDT/month) should be paid in advance by the 25th of the previous month. It is non-refundable. At least one week’s bill must be paid in advance to ensure uninterrupted service. Payments should be made by the 7th of each month.

9. Can I cancel my subscription?

➤ Yes, but you must provide 7 days' prior notice before canceling your membership.

10. Can I cancel a meal for the next day?

➤ Yes, but you must inform us before 9:00 PM the previous day via WhatsApp message.

11. Can I switch my meal package?

➤ Yes, but a 72-hour advance notice is required. Package changes cannot be made in the middle of the week.

12. Are there any required documents for student subscriptions?

➤ Yes, students must submit:
● One passport-size photo, attested by the school’s Principal/Headmaster.
● A Membership Form properly filled out and signed by a parent or guardian.

13. What happens if Priovoj cannot deliver due to unforeseen circumstances?

➤ If delivery is delayed due to national issues, natural calamities, or unavoidable circumstances, the price of that day's meal will be deducted from the weekly invoice/bill.

14. Can Priovoj modify its terms and conditions?

➤ Yes, Priovoj reserves the right to modify terms, cancel memberships, or update policies without prior notice.
